Rugby Club Approvals

We are pleased to announce that our scheme for new extensions and alterations to the Upper Eden Rugby Clubhouse at Kirkby Stephen have received Planning Permission from Westmorland & Furness Council.

The Clubhouse provides a focus for the community, and the aim is to provide much needed additional changing rooms to support the mens’ and womens’ teams, along with an extension to the club lounge.

We are strong supporters of the Club – not least because Nicki and Alasdair’s son Alex Darroch has played for the team for many years.
